Mr. Zhang has long been committed to researching and promoting the development of new energy vehicles and intelligent vehicles industry. He has worked in the development research center of the State Council for many years, engaged in industrial research and policy research. As the Secretary-General of China Electric Vehicle Association, he presided over a number of research work on major policies for the development of electric vehicles, directly participated in some major innovation projects in the industry, and was directly responsible for the daily work of the association.
